Join Now / Pay Dues
Membership in the Balcones Village / Spicewood HOA is voluntary. Membership is limited to residents of the Balcones Village and Spicewood at Balcones Village.
The HOA is managed entirely by neighbors who serve on the Board Directors in three-year terms and on a voluntary basis. All the services provided are a result of involved people like you who pay dues and volunteer to help on projects. For that, you deserve a big thanks.
Dues

2026 Dues are $50, and you may pay by check, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
** After July 1st, new residents may join at half price.**

Credit card and online payment options include a $2.00 fee to cover the charges from the companies.

PayPal changed their terms, and we no longer will be using the service.
