Membership in the Balcones Village / Spicewood HOA is voluntary, and the HOA is managed entirely by neighbors who serve on the Board Directors in three-year terms on a voluntary basis. All the services provided are a result of involved people like you who pay dues and volunteer to help on projects. For that, you deserve a big thanks.

Dues
2024 Dues are $50, and you may pay by check, credit card, or Apple Pay.
Credit payments include a $2.00 fee to cover the charges from the companies.
PayPal changed their terms, and we no longer will be using the service.
