Membership in the Balcones Village / Spicewood HOA is voluntary. Membership is limited to residents of the Balcones Village and Spicewood at Balcones Village. ​
The HOA is managed entirely by neighbors who serve on the Board Directors in three-year terms and on a voluntary basis. All the services provided are a result of involved people like you who pay dues and volunteer to help on projects. For that, you deserve a big thanks.​

Dues

2026 Dues are $50, and you may pay by check, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
** After July 1st, new residents may join at half price.**

Credit card and online payment options include a $2.00 fee to cover the charges from the companies.

PayPal changed their terms, and we no longer will be using the service.

After July 1st, New Residents dues are $25 with a $1.00 fee to cover the charges from the companies.
