Notification and Request for Reimbursement
Please submit this form to let the HOA know your plans to host a block party.
The details include the date, time, and location of the party, as well as the approximate number of families invited.
The HOA reimburses HOA members for up to $50 of expenses. Please use this form to request reimbursement. Alcoholic beverages and associated items will not be reimbursed.
Upload the receipts, and the check will be mailed or delivered to address listed.
