The Balcones Village/Spicewood HOA is an active association interested in maintaining the high standards of our community. The HOA works to keep you aware of what's going on the the neighborhood through online announcements and our website. We sponsor the annual 4th of July Parade, semi-annual garage sale, special presentations during the year, the November Annual Meeting and the Christmas Lights Contest.

Membership in the HOA is voluntary and dues are only $50 per year. Joining is easy! Dues can be paid online with PayPal or mailed in.
