Though membership is voluntary, we encourage all our neighbors to become members and help support HOA activities and programs that benefit our entire neighborhood. You must live in the Balcones Village or Spicewood at Balcones Village subdivisions to join the HOA. Dues are $25/year (plus a $1.00 processing fee if paid with PayPal.)
