I jog/walk early in the morning 3 days a week and have noticed quite a few homes with sprinklers running on either no-water days or not on the correct days for their street number. Any chance you could put out the word that if discovered by the city, fines are up to $2,000? Odd numbers -- Wednesday and Saturdays before 10:00 a.m or after 7:00 p.m. and even numbers Thursdays and Sundays before 10:00 a.m or after 7:00 p.m. Hand watering any time.
