BVSHOA has a Yahoo Group that is a mini Craig's List without the bogus ads!  You can find things you need and get rid of things you don't.  It's a great source for finding dependable businesses and contractors, asking for advice, or finding lost pets or owners of lost pets.  In short, if you have a question ask a neighbor.  Maybe you'll be the one with the answers!
