The board meets at 7 PM on the second Wednesday of each month (changed from 1st Wednesdays) at the Balcones Village Country Club. All members of the Association are invited to attend.

The Association is governed by a 9-member board elected by the membership at the annual meeting in November. The Balcones Village/Spicewood Homeowners Association is organized

• to promote the interests of the residents of the Balcones Village and Spicewood at Balcones Village subdivisions
• to solve common problems
• to enhance the enjoyment of the owners of property in the subdivisions
